Express Learning Centre was founded by Lola Awofadeju. She qualified in 1999 as a FE teacher at the College of North West London. She also taught NVQ students Customer service, Hospitality plus etiquette and dining skills.

After qualifying,  Lola was also a lecturer at Barnet College on the Business management courses. Also, English spoken and written is a speciality having taught ESOL (English to speakers of other Languages) to foreign college students at the colleges.

An experienced manager, lecturer, law and IT professional.  She holds a Hospitality Management degree, Postgraduate degrees in Law (BPP Law school), Microsoft Engineer, Project Management and Information Technology Service Management (ITIL) certification.

She is a Certified Corporate Etiquette and International Protocol Consultant, by The Protocol School of Washington.

Additionally, she attended the Charleston School of Protocol where she gained the  status as a Certified Corporate Etiquette and International Protocol Consultant.  Lola is versed in presenting seminars and briefings on business etiquette, dining skills and international protocol.

Lola is a Certified Children’s Etiquette Consultant, and is trained to present programs on etiquette, leadership skills, dining skills and social dance for ages 8 to 22 and interviewing skills for young adults.

Moreover, she is a Certified Etiquette Consultant for 'The Etiquette Factory' - Also Licence Owner for several states within Nigeria.

Certified Children's Etiquette Trainer, by Etiquette Moms, a leading source for etiquette training for children ages 3 to 12.
