Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Policy:

All orders are automatically uploaded to our secure merchant processor which incurs fees.  If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued.  If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, the Product Return Policy information listed below must be followed.  Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees – including the cancellation fee, our incurred shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.

Return and Refund Policy:

  1. You may return your product within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.
  2. All returns require return authorization (RA). To obtain a RA#, please contact Customer Service at 1-855-588-6266 prior to shipment.
  3. Refunds will be issued for a full purchase price within 60 days.
  4. Return shipping costs to be paid by the consumer.
  5. Product must be returned in the original packaging and in like new condition.
  6. Returns will not be processed without an approved RA#
  7. RA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.
